These prices are based on a single layer of EPDM roofing with penetrations to be prepared prior toour arrival on site. *Other types, or multiple layers of roof membrane may be subject to increased pricing. 2’ to 4’ $ 475.00 Pitch pans (up to 6”x 6”) provided and installed- $350.00 each Prefabricated pipe portals provided and installed $300.00 Rubber Walk pads- $30.00 each installed while on site These prices are based on the Lehigh Valley area and outlying suburbs. Prices include any insulation or cant strip where required. Prices include cutting the existing roof system and filling back to level as needed. These prices do not include cutting deck or setting curbs. The above pricing is based on single unit flashing. There may be multiple unit discounts.
